Before submitting the paper for publication in CJBES, authors are ensure that this paper has not been sent for publication or published elsewhere. Once a manuscript is submitted for publication, it will be scrutinised by the editor to check for the fitness of the paper for publication in the journal, CJBES. After the preliminary screening and mandatory similarity check, it will then be sent for blind review by subject experts for quality check on methodology and novelty. Unaccepted manuscript will not be returned. Authors will be communicated within 6 months from the date of (online) submission. If no response is given on editorial decision, then it should be presumed that the article has not been considered for publication. The manuscript should be neatly typed in in Times Roman 12 point size font, with 1.5 line spacing, as single column. The manuscript can be of up to 6000 words, or maximum 20 pages. The references should be in American Psychological Association format APA, 6th Edition. Articles must be submitted online, using the link given on this journal webpage (only in word file).

Editorial Objectives
Our journal CJBES is a broad-based journal that aims to publish the quality articles in the field of Management, Economics and Social Science. Published articles are expected to make a significant contribution to the existing literature, in the related areas.
CJBES publishes articles from the areas of Management, Economics and Social Sciences. CJBES welcomes both theoretical perspectives, and data and methodological approaches. CJBES invites papers that make methodological, and/or applied contributions. Empirical studies in papers may involve experimental and/or observational designs and rely on primary data and/or secondary data.

Our journal CJBES invites original research papers from both academicians and practitioners in any areas of Management, Economics and Social Sciences, like (but not limited to):

Abstracting and indexing
Our journal CJBES will shortly be included in all the major abstracting and indexing databases.
CJBES is committed to maintaining the highest standards of Code of Conduct and to supporting ethical research practices. CJBES adheres to the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and follows the COPE Code of Conduct for Journal Publishers. We encourage journal article reviewers to refer the ‘COPE Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers’ as may be appropriate. We take publication ethics very seriously.
Defamation
While trying to promote freedom of expression wherever possible, CJBES aims to avoid publishing anything that harms the reputation of an individual, business, group, or organization unless it can be proven to be true. We take all possible measures to ensure that published work is free of anything slanderous, or defamatory. CJBES is committed to transparency in areas of potential conflict of interest.
Fair editing and peer review
CJBES encourages all participants in the publishing process to adhere to established principles of ethical publishing. This extends from authors to journal editors, reviewers, journal editorial and publishing staff.
Editorial independence
Editors have full editorial independence. Peer review and reviewer conduct CJBES supports and refers its editors to the COPE Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers. CJBES does support a double-blind peer review system. Manuscripts are reviewed by two independent experts in the relevant area. The reviewers make a scientific assessment and a recommendation to the editors. Reviewers remain unknown to authors.
Confidentiality
Unless otherwise specified, CJBES expects editors and reviewers to handle all submissions in confidence. If a reviewer wishes to delegate the review or seek the opinion of a colleague on a specific aspect of the paper, they are expected to clear this with the editor in the first instance.
Plagiarism
CJBES takes issues of copyright infringement, plagiarism or other breaches of best practice in publication very seriously. We seek to protect the rights of our authors and we always investigate claims of plagiarism or misuse of published articles. Equally, we seek to protect the reputation of the journal against malpractice.
Submitted articles are checked with duplication-checking software such as TurnItIn.
